Versailles High School Senior Photos at Stillwater Prairie Reserve | Jayna's Class of 2026 Session

Some sessions are extra special, and Jayna's was one of them.

Years ago, I photographed Jayna as an infant. Fast forward to today, and she's graduating with the Versailles High School Class of 2026. Watching her grow into such a kind, confident young woman has been such a full-circle moment, and I was honored to photograph this next chapter of her story.

Senior Photos at Stillwater Prairie Reserve in Covington, Ohio

For her senior session, Jayna wanted something that felt natural and true to who she is. Nothing overly posed or overproduced. Just beautiful scenery, gorgeous sunset light, and photos that captured her personality.

Stillwater Prairie Reserve in Covington, Ohio was the perfect fit. Between the open fields, prairie grasses, and golden evening light, it created the dreamy backdrop she was hoping for.

Chasing the Sunset

Golden hour did not disappoint.

As the sun dropped lower in the sky, we explored the trails, laughed through the session, and captured images that felt relaxed and effortless. The warm light paired perfectly with Jayna's easygoing personality and created the timeless look she envisioned.

Ending the Session in the River

One of my favorite moments happened completely on a whim.

As we wrapped up the session, we decided to step into the Stillwater River for a few final portraits. It wasn't part of the original plan, but sometimes those last-minute ideas end up becoming everyone's favorite images.

The water reflected the sunset beautifully and gave us a set of portraits that were unique, fun, and completely unforgettable. They were the perfect way to celebrate the end of one chapter before stepping into the next.
