Being a mom of two wild kids, I’ve come to find that parenting is a tough gig that requires all hands on deck from the community and inner family and friend circles. Without it, parenthood is lonely, frustrating, and unfruitful, which is why I appreciate this woman and her family so much! Ashlee has been watching my youngest, John, consistently for the past year and she, her husband, and kids have been a great addition to our lives. As a thank you, I wanted to photograph the Janning family and give them a chance to dress up a bit, but also enjoy the strange heat wave that November threw us here in Ohio.
